On 27 July 2025, Leeds hosts England’s only full-distance IRONMAN triathlon—a spectacular new addition to the UK’s racing calendar.

You’ll tackle a two-loop swim in the calm waters of Waterloo Lake, followed by a demanding three-loop bike course through the scenic and rugged terrain of Yorkshire, featuring segments from the legendary Tour de Yorkshire. The event finishes with a four-loop run, packed with atmosphere and cheering crowds, before your triumphant finish down the red carpet in the heart of Roundhay Park.
